Dear Baby A
2 months after, Mommy was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. Mommy had to inject herself with insulin twice a day para di ka tumaba. But you were a very good baby kasi hindi nahilo si Mommy sa ‘yo and Mommy didn’t have a hard time carrying you. Yun lang nga, super likot mo and Daddy witnessed your hands and feet pushing Mommy’s tummy.
Daddy and Mommy then decided to force you out whether you like it or not. Dr. Lola cut Mommy’s tummy the day after her birthday….
Daddy and Mommy were so happy to see you and we kept on thanking God for giving us a healthy and cute baby.
Then the resident pedia said that you have tongue-tie. Puwede ka daw mabulol when you get older. And so, even if iyak ng iyak si Mommy, we had your tongue-tie removed. Sorry anak, it’s for your own good.
Mommy had serious edema (manas) after you were born and got worse, parang may elepantitis lang. And so, Mommy had to be confined for 5 days to rule out Thrombosis. Mommy was so depressed not to see you. The edema went on for a month and the doctors didn’t know what’s happening to Mommy. Kung ano-anong gamot pinainom kay Mommy until she saw a peripheral vascular surgeon. His advice is to exercise.
Mommy tried so hard to breastfeed you but her milking ability was stunted due to the medications for her edema. You had to drink formula to supplement Mommy’s milk. But after a month, nagpoop ka ng blood! Anak, grabe ang trauma namin ni Daddy!!! Yun pala you’re lactose intolerant, nagmana ka kay Daddy!
After that humupa na ang bagyo. We watched you grow over the months and alam na naming ang kasungitan at kakengkoyan mo.

Baby Kenkoy
We witnessed your first smile, first step, first tooth, first word…. and first LUPASAY.
first crush, first play, first bay, first toy, first kiss the bed
We love you so much, baby, and we look forward to more happiness with you.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
