P, magbaby shower tayo for Cheska.

Sige, anong theme?

 

Cheska is one of soshal friends. She and her hubby, Jay, are expecting their first baby this June, and she’s going to be named Liberty Lao. So, we decided to hold a Luau for Baby Lao.

 

 

 Cheska is sooo lucky to have us as her friends. Haha!

 

P:

D, yung decors hindi OA ha…

…MEJO OA lang.

 

Boom! OA nga! Naubos ang mga dahon ng niyog at mga prutas, bulaklak at talaba ng BaCav.

 

 

 

Papa N helped decorating the place. Ang sweeeeeeet!!! 

 

Bilib na ako kay P, sobra! Ikaw na ang events stylist! 

 

Che was in charge of the venue. We held the baby shower at Uncle Chefy’s, Burgos Circle, The Fort.

 

Maricel ordered this cute cake and cupcakes from The Royal Piccadilly. P and I had three cupcakes. Nahiya nalang kami kumuha pa haha. Super yummy!

 

Of course, we had games.

 

Prizes from Sleepcare

 

Diaper Rush. Each player has to eat the chocolate on the diaper and guess what kind of chocolate it is. Mejo kadiri tingnan but soshal naman yung chocolates, and they are clean ha!

 

 

 

Draw your Baby. Each player has to draw the face of her baby [actual or future baby] on a paper plate placed on top of her head. Eto ang itsura ng anak ni P at ni Liberty Lao.

 

 

Baby Shopping. Players [in blindfolds] have to get from the table those items which the host says that baby needs. Ex. Baby Lao is teething – teether. Walang alam si Cheska sa baby! Buti nalang mayaman siya… so, if the baby is teething, ang gagawin ni Cheska ay sumigaw ng “YAYA!” Hahaha!

 

 

Next is the opening of gifts.

 

Cheska:

Kanino galing ito? Walang nakasulat sa gift card.

 

P:

Hello, obvious ba? Tingnan mo yung wrapping!

 

 

Yan ang resourceful. Ginamit ang sobra ng decors pambalot ng gift! Haha!

 

Guests came in their Hawaiian or beach outfits. Nagprepare for photo ops.

Pinagawa pa ni P yang torch na yan kay Mario! 

 

At nakakuha din kami ng local from Hawaii.
