Hindi kami selfie bashers or haters. If yes, bakit naman kami magpopost ng selfie photos namin, di ba?!
Pero aminin niyo, nakakaloka ang mga facebook and instagram posts na puro selfie!
Someone told me na ang selfie ay sign of addiction. First, they take a few shots… E nagandahan sa sarili so tuloy tuloy na until it becomes an addiction. Pero paano naman daw yung hindi kagandahan na naging selfie addict… Anong nasa utak nila?? Hahahaha!
May limit ang selfie. Sa tingin namin dapat may selfie rules which protect both selfie addicts and selfie haters.
Eto ang aming proposed rules, also known as the:
“Magna Carta for Selfie Addicts and Selfie Haters.”
Section 1. Every person shall have the right to life, liberty and property. The Constitution guarantees and protects a person’s right to take and post his or her selfie via social media.
Section 2. No person shall harass or otherwise discriminate a person by virtue of his or her selfie addiction.
Section 3. No person shall make derogatory remarks against a person’s selfie by posting such remark on the person’s selfie photo comment box. However, the State likewise encourages honesty. No person shall “like” a selfie photo if it is clearly not likable.
Section 4. It is the policy of the State to ensure a person’s right against nuisance, and thus, hereby prohibits the following acts:
a. Harassing a person with his or her selfie shots by:
1. posting his or her selfie photos in another person’s facebook timeline at least twice; or
2. tagging another person in his or her selfie photos at least twice.
b. Deceiving or defrauding another by placing a caption of a place on his or her selfie without at least 1/4 of the place captured on the selfie photo or the selfie photo depicts a place clearly contrary to the caption or description thereof;
c. Posting at least three (3) consecutive selfie photos in a day with the same pose or outfit whether the caption, quote, description or background thereof has been modified, altered or revised.
Section 5. The State prohibits acts which are offensive to religious feelings (Art. 133, RPC). A person shall not post a selfie photo with a quote of a bible verse or proverb in such a way which is notoriously offensive to the feelings of the faithful.
Caption: Take delight in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Section 6. It is the policy of the State to protect intellectual property rights. The selfie author shall not appropriate a copyright work as his or her own work.
Section 7. The State affords equal protection but does not preclude classification of individuals who may be accorded different treatment as long as the classification is reasonable. The State reserves the power to amend this Magna Carta to create exceptions thereto to persons who fail to abide by the following primordial rule:
