Slappy Cakes

Two Saturdays ago, despite my fever, we went to  SM Aura. At dahil excited si Addie everyday mag-school, I thought of giving her a reward from Toy Kingdom. May obsession talaga si Addie sa animals. The last time we went to Toy Kingdom, pinabili niya sakin Jungle Set.

Kadireeeeeeeee! Pero sabi ni Addie, it’s so cuuuuuute!

Anyway, we had lunch at Slappy Cakes because my niece wanted to try the DIY pancakes.

Here’s what we ordered:

Southern Fried Chicken Tenders

(Addie loved this so much!)

Pesto Pasta with Anchovies

 Garlic Bangus 

We all liked the food pero as Jane commented in our Instagram post, may pagkamahal siya na almusal ;-P But the bangus meal is sulit. Isang buong bangus talaga!

As for the DIY pancake, it was a fun cooking-eating activity. Yun lang, hindi masyadong photogenic ang napili naming pancake flavor hehe. 

We tried make different shapes of chocolate pancakes but as you can see hindi siya masyadong achieve. 🙁

Ate: Wow ang galing, gingerbread man.

Me:  Huh! Star yan!!

Ate: Aah star ba yan?

         Yan na siguro ang pinakapangit na star! 

         (Actually, hindi niya sinabi pero kitang kita sa mukha niya)

Hahahahahaha! Buwiset!
