And so, nag-attempt kami mag-suicide este exercise ni P at ni Mariae sa CrossFit Manila at the Army Gym, Fort Bonifacio.

Shet! Gusto ko sana magpa-photo kaso mukhang busy siya sa kaka 100 push-ups at pull-ups! Anyway, at that point, sobrang kabado na ako.

Kinakabahan ako, wala talaga akong exercise!
P: Kinakabahan ako. Hindi dahil sa exercise. Kaya ko yan. Pero baka englishin nila ako.
Bwahahahahahaha! Kaya pala nanahimik!!
Anyway, Coach Marco asked us to get purple kettlebells…(na tinawag ni P na kettle korn) pag dating namin sa may lagayan, nagtinginan kami ni P. May tatlong maliliit na purple kettlebells pero may isang malaking kettlebell. Times 3 nung maliit. Siyempre, yung maliit kinuha namin noh. Hindi kami competitive this time.
Our workout for the day:
Helen 3 rounds of 400m run, 21 kettlebell swings 12 ring rows (instead of pull-ups)Our workout was moderated. Instead of pull-ups, we were asked to do ring rows, bilang first timers kami. #ThankYouLord
By the way, hate ko ang running! As in! Si P, kinarir lang naman ang run! May times na naglalakad na kami ni Mariae pero si P pursigido. At dahil nauna si P matapos sa akin, kinuhaan niya ako ng photo habang hinahabol ko ang last exercise.
Ganyan daw mukha ko nung nagre-review sa bar exams!
Pero ang nakakagulat ay natapos namin lahat in 15 minutes, yahoooo!
Not bad for our first try, di ba? Pero ang tanong, masaya ba kami?
