Salo Salong Sarap sa Kuya J

HOBBIES:

Father Thunder        –          Sabong, Golf, Clash of Clans (yeheees!) at ADOBO

Kuyakoy                   –         Biking, Swimming at SEAFOOD

Atekupungsinging     –          Coloring, si Coco at CRISPY PATA

Provinciated              –         The Soshal Network, Teleseryes at KARE-KARE

Oh, alam na! Sabi nga nila, the family that chibugs together, stays happy together. ‘Yan ang Familia Provinciated. At laking tuwa ko when I discovered the perfect place to bond with my family – a place kung saan patok ang adobo, seafood, crispy pata, kare-kare at marami pang iba — walang iba kundi ang KUYA J RESTAURANT!

I’ve heard of Kuya J from friends. Sabi nila, it started as a small eatery in Cebu and word has it that they serve great food in a familiar and homey atmosphere. At totoo nga!

Aside from the scallops, sinubukan din namin ang LUMPIA PRESKO…

Sauteed crabmeat and bamboo shoots (a.k.a. labong)

Rolled in malunggay-infused wrapper

At syempre di pwedeng walang katernong sweet garlic sauce! 🙂

At CHORIZO DINAMITAS WITH GARLIC DIP.

Ahahahay!

And that’s just for starters. When the main dishes arrived, hindi ako handa!

CRISPY CATFISH

Kakaibang chili tuba sauce at malinamnam na bagoong mayo.

SIZZLING SISIG WITH EGG

Isa pang winner! Ang masasabi ko lang, RICE PLEASE!!!

–

May ganito pala?! Bakit ngayon ko lang natikman??!

But if there is one dish na hinding hindi mo pwede palampasin, ito ang Star of the Kuya J Feast – ang CRISPY PATA!!!

Nakakaloka!!! Parehong yummy eh! Papa Echo was just as accommodating and friendly as the staff of Kuya J. Kuyang kuya talaga sa pagiging maasikaso at maalaga.

Para akong nanood ng Bridges of Love with “Gael” habang kumakain. My two favorite hobbies rolled into one!!!

The familiar yet sophisticated desserts at Kuya J capped off the evening.

It was a truly mouthwatering, busog-lusog experience, which you can easily try at any of the 18 Kuya J branches. But by the end of 2015, 50 more branches are opening kaya pwedeng pwede nang masubukan for lunch with officemates, merienda with barkada or dinner after magsimba ng pamilya.
