Party Time with Purefoods Corned Beef

Hindi masama tumikim ng bago. Pero may lasang binabalik-balikan. Yung lasang “classic”…

Noong bata kami, tuwing gigising sa umaga, una namin tinatanong, “ano almusal”? Excited na excited kami kung ang sagot ni Mommy ay “corned beef.” Alam na namin na Purefoods yun, at alam na alam namin na magiging masaya ang umaga. Naging staple food na nga namin ang Purefoods corned beef!

But did you know that hindi lang pang-breakfast ang Purefoods Classic Corned Beef? Puwede ka maging creative and practical at the same time. In fact, puwede ka magpakain ng sampung tao with only 2 cans of Purefoods Classic Corned Beef. Itong si Ms. Provinciated nagawang mapakain sina Mayor, Vice-Mayor, Kapitan at mga Tanod with her Baked Macaroni with Corned Beef Sauce Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

2 210 g. PUREFOODS Corned Beef

1 tbsp. cooking oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 medium onion, minced

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 medium bell pepper, minced

1/4 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup all-purpose cream

1/2 kilo elbow macaroni, cooked

2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175°C).
  2. Sauté PUREFOODS Corned Beef in oil with onions, garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Add tomato sauce and bell pepper. After a few minutes, add milk, cream, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Mix in the cooked macaroni to the prepared sauce and pour in preferred baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Huwag matakot mag-experiment sa kitchen basta andyan ang Purefoods Corned Beef.  No one can match the classic taste of Purefoods Corned Beef. Eto ngang aming resident mommy na si Mrs. Domesticated (na di magaling magluto), nakagawa ng “Reuben Sandwich.” 😛

Ingredients:

Toasted wheat bread, lettuce, Swiss cheese, mustard, onions, pickles and Purefoods Corned Beef

Procedure:

Lightly butter one side of bread slices. On 1 bread slice, layer the lettuce, Swiss cheese, corned beef, onions, pickles and mustard. Top with another bread slice and buttered sides out. You can grill the sandwich until both sides are golden brown.

Di ba? Go and get creative with your Purefoods Corned Beef!

    Super love ko talaga ang posts niyo. They always make me laugh. I love P most of all! Ganda ng plating ng sandwich,buong buo ang sibuyas at kamatis! Hehehehe

      Dapat parsley kaso wala kami nun. Malunggay sana kaso walang kinalaman sa Purefoods corned beef. Kaya sibuyas at kamatis na lang. Hehe.
