Toccare Spa

Toccare is an Italian word, which means “to touch”.

Took me all of 5 minutes to walk from my new apartment to Antel Suites behind A-Venue. I was looking forward to some girls time and get a little pampered. Between new bosses and moving into a new place, it has been pretty crazy in our household. So I grabbed the chance to have a little R&R in a swanky, but affordable, total spa treatment at Toccare Spa.

Love ko magpa-spa. Eto talaga ang isa sa mga luho ko. Todo ipon ako to have a good relaxing experience, where there is someone who is paying attention to all your comforts and needs, and making sure all your stresses are relieved. Pero yun nga, dahil medyo mahal ang mga de-klaseng spa, I don’t get to go as often as I want to, or even have to.

Kaya laking tuwa ko na lang when we found Toccare Spa – walking distance away from my home, in a very accessible area of Makati, with full-service spa amenities, a pleasing staff and reasonable prices! Antagal na pala ng Toccare sa Makati, around 5 years already, and it’s owned and ran by a spa wellness expert, Leah… (sya ‘yung matangkad na mukhang model sa photo… )

Pagdating mo pa lang, you already know na maayos at professional ang operations ng Toccare. The lobby is warmly lit, there’s a relaxing aroma, and the staff are all lovely and soft-spoken while being articulate about their services. Medyo nagulantang sila sa gulo namin though…

and had our sauna…

After our sauna, we had our foot treatment and dinner…pwede ka kasi mag-order sa hotel ng food while you are in the spa and getting your callouses evened out.

Then, for the main event, the body scrub with massage package. It was absolutely delightful. Si P, nagpabalot na parang embotido for a slimmer figure. She actually lost inches sa waist and arm area. Effective! Sayang wala si D, pero kasama naman namin si Shalma at nag-enjoy din sya nang todo. There are several spa massages, treatments and packages that you can choose from at Toccare.
