The KonMari method, founded by Marie Kondo, is a system of simplifying and organizing your home by getting rid of physical items that do not bring joy into your life.
On the other hand, the KonWari method, founded by Waley Kondo is a system of making it appear that you are applying the KonMari method for you know… nakikiuso lang. 😛
The KonMari and KonWari methods have the same goal… to TIDY UP, the latter, however is solely for social media account’s purposes 😆
So, if you cannot apply KonMari… let’s do KonWari!
Waley Kondo, founder of KonWari
Before you declutter, you need to ask a simple question, “DOES IT SPARK JOY?” If not, get rid of it.
Choosing which one of your beloved “treasures” will you let go is difficult, but you have to be strong when you ask the most important question in KonWari KonMari… “does it spark joy?”
In fact, need pa niya ng Joy… dishwashing soap.
Let go of everything that do not spark joy and the next time you know it… you have the tidiest kitchen in town.
Do the same process in every part of the house, and don’t limit yourself to non-living things.
The KonWari method teaches you to appreciate your things, even those you wish to let go. Before getting rid of them, say “thank you for serving me”. Recall the moments you had together. 😛
Before finally saying goodbye, ask yourself again…
Does it spark joy? No.
But does it spark panghihinayang? Yes.
Keep it.
Dahil “everything should have a home”, put it in a box with the proper label…
Because it’s important to be TIDY, but it’s more important to have POSITIVITY 😛
For the items that you chose to keep, place them in boxes with small boxes in it which you can arrange by subcategories. If Marie Kondo has her Hikidashi Boxes…
Waley Kondo of KonWari has the HiningisaGrosheri Boxes.
.
The way you fold your clothes and organize them by kind and color are crucial, as you need to take a photo of this and post it in your Instagram account because you know… #KonWari.
Dito matetest ang Bankang Papel Folding Skills Level 21 mo. It takes patience, color coordination and of course ingenuity.
If your pants don’t fit inside the box, cut it to make it a pair of shorts.
Or P*kp*k shorts… so you can store it with your panties. “does it spark joy?” If yes, isama mo sa mga mejas.
Put everything in its proper place. Ika nga ni Ate Shena, pagsama-samahin ang pare-pareho. Ang magkakatulad o magkakakulay ay ating i-grupo.
Apply this principle to 3-in-1 at toyomansi.

After decluttering and organizing, don’t forget to take a photo of your KonWari’d home. Post your photo on your social media accounts and pair it up with your “so tired but feeling really accomplished” caption…
Spent all day tidying up my kitchen (and my kilay). #KonWari
Magulo pa rin man ang bahay mo, seeing your Konwari’d posts on Facebook and Instagram will surely spark joy. 😛
