This HAS happened to you:
You’re eating at a public place, and you’re with someone who’s seated across you at the table. THEN you notice that the guy/girl in front of you has food stuck between their teeth or has something on their face.
…
…
WHAT. DO. YOU. DO?
Depende sa situation.
Ilang beses na sakin nangyari ‘to.
Pag hindi ko masyado ka-close, hinahayaan ko lang, and keep wishing in my head that he or she goes to the CR na at makita nya yun mukha nya.
Catch is pag medyo engot.. Pupunasan nya everywhere else EXCEPT kung saan mo tinuro… And tatanungin ka paulit-ulit “Meron pa?”
Then for my true friends, either:
one, diretsuhang
“Hoy, meron kang tinga..”
(Pa-whisper naman)
…
or
…
two, aabutan ko ng tissue sabay
“Hoy, meron kang tinga”
…
Now, paano kung date? As in yun ka-date mo yun soooobrang type mo pero it’s only you’re 1st or 2nd or 3rd date…? Kung malandi kang tulad ko, i’d reach over the table and wipe off the food from his face myself, sabay smile, with a slight raise of my shoulders para cute. Pero if it’s food right between his teeth, parang di ko yata kaya… I’ll just avoid looking at him the whole night and hope he takes a look in the mirror soon.
Whatever kind of situation you find yourself in, just make sure of one thing:
…
wala din ikaw something sa fez.
table manners
