Carmen’s Best Ice Cream

Kapag may nag-invite sa’yo for ice cream, malamang sa malamang you’ll say “yes”. Pero kapag may nag-invite sa’yo for CARMEN’S BEST ICE CREAM, hindi ka na sasagot. Kakaripas ka na agad ng takbo papuntang venue!!! ‘Yan ang ginawa namin ni Papa N last week when Nuffnang and Carmen’s Best invited us to the Echo Store, Serendra, BGC for dinner and, of course, dessert. 

Did you know that Carmen’s Best makes their own milk which is used in the production of their to-die-for ice cream? Kaya it’s undeniably creamier and richer than your ordinary ice cream. The milk is not diluted or extended. You get 100% pure dairy heaven. To get the best quality milk from their cows, they make sure that the cows are also fed with the best cow food available.

Personally, bilang expert sa pagkain ng ice cream, dalawa ang test ko para malaman kung gawa ito sa purong gatas. 

1. Mas madali ba itong matunaw?
2. Kapag natunaw na at ibinalik mo sa freezer, hindi ba nag-iiba ang texture? As in, kasing-creamy pa rin nung una mong natikman?
