Last month, I helped my boss organize his yearly golf tournament. I was the designated photographer for the event. Thus, nagbabad ako sa araw while taking photos of all the players of the tournament. Take note, sila may umbrella girls… ako wala! Anyway, because of that, my skin got darker with matching dark dry patches like this. Parang map lang. It’s been weeks already and the dark patches won’t peel off.
This couldn’t have been a better time for Belo to send me their latest product innovation in skin whitening called Belo Intensive Whitening Bar. This whitening bar boasts of a unique combination of two most powerful whitening actives – Kojic Acid and Tranexamic Acid.
Kojic Acid is an organic compound that effectively inhibits the production of tyrosinase and melanin giving skin a visibly lighter appearance. Tranexamic Acid, on the other hand, is a peptide proven to inhibit inflammation and melanin formation. It is ideal for stubborn dark spots that do not respond to other skin lightening ingredients.
The soap has a sweet scent and the more I use it, the more I get addicted to the smell.
After using Belo Intensive Whitening Bar for a few days, my skin started to slightly itch, which is actually good because it means that the actives are exfoliating my skin. When I had a closer look, I noticed that my dark spots or should I say “patches” started to peel off.
For best results, use the Belo Intensive Whitening Bar twice daily and let it stay on your skin for a minute before rinsing. Since I’m a girl on a mission, however, I let the soap stay on my skin for 3 minutes. Look how my skin lightened after using the soap for 7 days.
Belo Intensive Whitening Bar is available at all leading supermarkets, department stores, and drugstores nationwide at P59.75.
