Because of Glenda-mage, 5 days kaming walang electricity. Ang hirap lalo na if may anak ka na full of energy at nag-proproduce ng high dosage of carbon dioxide.

“Akari’ became my best friend during the dark days. Literally magkasama kami buong gabi at araw (dahil nakikicharge ako sa office). In fact, naging part siya ng aking office OOTD.
At dahil sa balitang, magiging madalas na ang brownout, magagamit ko pa ang mga gadgets na to.
But I realized that we’ve become too dependent on gadgets to entertain ourselves. Buti nalang madaling aliwin si Addie. Here are some of the games we played during the brownout:

Na-miss ni Addie ang Hi-5 so she kept asking us to sing Hi-5 songs. Yung iba alam ko, pero may specific songs siyang pinapakanta like “Old McDonald Hi-5”. Wala namang ganun!! So kinantahan ko with full energy ng “Old McDonald had a farm.. Hi-5!! Eeai eai yo Hi-5!!” Natuwa naman siya. Rinig nga lang ng mga kapitbahay ang kanta ko.
Birthday party
Nag-pretend kami na nasa party tapos Addie will blow out our candles. Ang hirap lang pag-gabi na. Nauubos ang kandila sa kaka-happy birthday.

Addie pretended to be her teacher and kami ni Papa O ang students. Bawal daw ang noisy kaya pinagalitan pa kami ni Papa O… “Zip your mouth” sabi ni Teacher Addie.
And last but not the least, ang ever favorite game ng napakakisig at macho kong asawa na si Papa O (mapa-brownout man o hindi)….

Rechargeable electric fans will do you a big favor during power failure. It is nice to have these kinds of appliances, it will help you a lot during brownout. Where did you buy your rechargeable electric fan? I bought mine at goods.ph three months ago and it helps us out when there is a rotational brownout in our place. I must say that this generation will make our life easier by inventing things like this. Thank you so much for this wonderful post.
