As much as I want to eat healthy on a regular basis, di ko magawa kasi mejo effort maghanap or mag-prepare ng organic meals, di ba? Good thing there are restaurants which offer organic food, so you can eat right at your convenience.
Papa O and I had a chance to have dinner at Potts Point Cafe.
Potts Point Cafe was conceptualized by owners, Lizzie and Chito Guerrero, when they chose to start a healthy lifestyle, which includes daily exercise and a well-balanced diet. When the power couple visited Sydney and discovered Potts Point – a small, densely populated suburb of inner-city Sydney, Australia – they decided to open an organic Aussie-inspired restaurant in Manila.
Okay eto na ang lamon festival.
To start off our dinner, we were served with Organic Sausage and Bacon Pizza Salad. It’s sweet, salty and of course… healthy… ;-P

Then we tried the Chicken Schnitzel.

I love the fact that almost all the dishes were served with Arugula. (di ba, ang lakas maka-soshal ang arugula ;-P ) We also had Salmon Linguine.

This smelled so good. It was the dish I enjoyed the most. The salmon was cooked perfectly and went well with the dill cream sauce. Di ko na nga ata na-share to kay Papa O. Pero it’s okay because Papa O was busy enjoying his Roast Australian Lamb.

We also had Seafood Risotto. I’m not fond of Risotto but this is an exception.

And for dessert, we had the English sticky toffee pudding which went great with Delano Specialty Coffee.
I didn’t know that healthy eating can be enjoyable. Hehehe 🙂 Si P ayaw ng gulay but I’m sure she’ll change her mind when she visits Potts Point.
